1. Easy Shipping and Returns
Get your products delivered right to your door! Our shipping rates are simple and affordable:
- West Malaysia: RM5 flat rate
- East Malaysia: RM12 flat rate
- Singapore: RM40 flat rate
2. Shipping Policy
We want your shopping experience to be hassle-free. That's why all orders are thoroughly processed before being accepted and shipped. If your order is rejected for any reason, don't worry! You'll receive a full refund within 5 business days.
Please note, we do not accept orders:
- With P.O. Box addresses
- For wholesale purchases (contact us for wholesale)
- That are suspected to be fraudulent
- That do not comply with our terms and conditions
3. International Shipping:
We currently only ship to Malaysia and Singapore.
4. How Long Will My Delivery Take?
Expecting a delivery within Malaysia? From processing to doorstep, our goal is to get your order to you within 2 to 5 working days (subject to availability). Don't forget to inspect your package before signing for it. Your signature is proof of acceptance. If you miss the delivery, simply pick up your parcel from the post office or we'll arrange a second delivery.
