Easy shipping and returns

Get your products delivered right to your door! Our shipping rates are simple and affordable:

  • West Malaysia: RM5 flat rate
  • East Malaysia: RM12 flat rate
  • Singapore: RM40 flat rate

Shipping policy:

We want your shopping experience to be hassle-free. That's why all orders are thoroughly processed before being accepted and shipped. If your order is rejected for any reason, don't worry! You'll receive a full refund within 5 business days.

Please note, we do not accept orders:

  • With P.O. Box addresses
  • For wholesale purchases (contact us for wholesale)
  • That are suspected to be fraudulent
  • That do not comply with our terms and conditions

International shipping:

Shopping from overseas? Be aware of any customs charges or import duties you may have to pay. Customs policies vary, and we have no control over these fees. As an importer, it's important to comply with your country's laws and regulations. Contact your country's customs office for more information.

We may not be able to fulfill orders to certain countries or regions due to restrictions and distribution agreements. If we can't fulfill your order, don't worry! We'll refund your payment. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for international delivery.

Local orders or deliveries:

Expecting a delivery within Malaysia? From processing to doorstep, our goal is to get your order to you within 2 to 5 working days (subject to availability). Don't forget to inspect your package before signing for it. Your signature is proof of acceptance. If you miss the delivery, simply pick up your parcel from the post office or we'll arrange a second delivery.

Damage and returns:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged, don't accept it. Instead, note the damage on the delivery order and contact our head office by email or telephone. We'll send you a new replacement free of charge.


Returns policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer refunds or returns for the following cases:

  • Products that didn't arrive
  • Products that arrived damaged
  • Products that are incorrect
  • Products that have expired

For all other cases, we'll assess them individually. Please inspect your items upon delivery to ensure everything is perfect before accepting.

Website error:
Mistakes happen, even on the web. If we advertise a product with the wrong price or description, we'll fix it right away and inform you. You can then decide if you want to proceed with the order or cancel it.

Exchange policy:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If a product causes an allergic reaction and remains unused, you can request an exchange. Please note that in this case, you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs. To make an exchange, schedule an appointment with our web order department at our head office.
